GREENSBORO, NC. — The Southern Virginia University men's soccer team fell to Greensboro College in a USA South Conference matchup Wednesday night 2-0.

Game Notes

• Greensboro got on the board first scoring in the 27th minute off of a goal from Christian Thomas with an assist from William Curry to go up 1-0
• In the 58th minute, Darli Mihindou scored the final goal of the game, following a pass from Alan Linares
• Peyson Webster and Danny Fietkau recorded shots on goal, with one each
• Goalies Dallin Chappell and Spencer Young combined for seven saves on the night

Southen Virginia returns to Knight Arena Saturday, October 16, to take on NC Wesleyan to continue conference play. Game time is slated for 7 pm.
