Box Score BUENA VISTA, VA. — The Southern Virginia University women's basketball team stayed undefeated in USA South Conference play, taking down Greensboro College in Knight Arena 79-68.

Game Notes
- Both teams struggled to score a basket at the beginning of the game before Lauren Livingston of Greensboro scored the first points of the game
- Emma Camden led all players in the first quarter, scoring nine points off of three three-point shots
- Courtney McKrola aided Camden, adding four points and a rebound
- McKrola added six points in the second quarter, while Addison Newman recorded four points and two rebounds
- Off the bench, Anna Singer added three points, two rebounds, a steal, a block, and an assist
- Both teams headed into the halftime break knotted at 38
- Getting her first minutes of the season, Sophie Wright tallied her first points of the season
- Camden added two more threes, leading the team in the third with the squad only down one point heading into the fourth
- The Knights' offense shined in the final quarter of the game outscoring the Pride 25-13
- Katie Garrish put up six clutch points, while adding a block, steal, and an assist to guide the team to victory
- Singer came up huge with five points off of the bench
Southern Virginia will take on Averett in Knight Arena on Saturday, December 11, looking to stay undefeated in conference play. Game time is slated for 1 pm.
