Box Score ARLINGTON, Va. – The Southern Virginia University men's soccer team traveled to Marymount for their third straight game on the road, falling 5-0.
This was the second overall matchup between the programs, with the first game ending in favor of the Saints in 2017.
Freshman
Kaden Childs made his first career start in goal for the Knights. Fellow freshman goalkeeper,
Sean Gutzman continued his stellar play, making four saves in just 30 minutes of play.
On the offensive side of the ball, the Knights were unable to get any momentum, finishing the match with only four shots.
Southern Virginia will continue their five-game road stand on Thursday, September 22, when they take on cross-town foe, Virginia Military Institute, at 4 p.m.
