LEXINGTON, VA. — Making the trip across town, the Southern Virginia Men's and Women's Track team competed in the VMI Winter Relays over the weekend, moving numerous athletes into the program's All-Time Records list while having four place within the top ten.

Men Top-Ten:

• 10th place Aaron Leavitt 400 meters 50.38
• 10th place Jayton Hall - HJ - 1.85m / 6' 0.75"

Men Top 10 All-Time List:

• #3 Inoke Kaufusi Shot Put 12.19m
• #4 CJ Davidson - Weight Throw - 12.36m - 40' 6.75" 
• #4 Dylan May - Mile - 4:26.74
• #5 Aaron Leavitt long jump 5.88m / 19' 3.5"

 Women Top-Ten:

• 7th place Kyandra Chandler 3000m 10:30.50
• 8th place - Heidi Barton - 1000m 3:29.43

Southern Virginia will look to prepare for the Liberty Open on February 4 in Lynchburg, Virginia, in hopes of continuing the early momentum set by confident success in their early season meets.
