Southern Virginia Men's Soccer Fall In Conference Playoff Battle Against William Peace

CARY, NC - The Southern Virginia Men's Soccer team faced a challenging defeat in the first round of the USA South Playoff Tournament against the Pacers of William Peace, ending with a scoreline of 0-3.

This marked the eighth meeting between these two teams, and the Pacers clearly had the upper hand, having won seven consecutive games against the Knights.

William Peace came out of the gates with significant offensive pressure, registering two shots before successfully finding the back of the net in the 9th minute. The Pacers continued their scoring spree, netting another goal just four minutes later, extending their lead to 2-0. They didn't stop there and completed a dominant first half with a third goal in the 19th minute, resulting in a commanding 3-0 advantage.
