Buena Vista, VA -The Southern Virginia women's basketball team continued their impressive form, securing their 11th consecutive victory and maintaining an undefeated record in the conference with a commanding 78-39 win over Greensboro College.

In a display of team depth, 17 different Knights contributed to the triumph, showcasing their prowess with a 47.5% shooting accuracy from the field and a remarkable 42.1% from behind the arc.

A total of 13 Knights found the scoresheet, with an impressive 44 points coming from the bench. Ruth Kempler led the scoring charge with 13 points and two blocks, while Presley Heggie added 9 points to the scoreboard.

The Knights' defense played a pivotal role, with Aysia Foster's exceptional performance highlighted by 11 rebounds and a block. Their defensive prowess held Greensboro College to a mere 18.9% shooting from the floor and 12.5% from three-point range.

With this resounding victory, the Knights are now set to travel to Raleigh, NC, where they will face William Peace University on Friday, February 2nd, seeking to continue their impressive run.
