Raleigh, NC - The Southern Virginia women's tennis team (11-1) bolstered their conference record to 4-1 after securing wins over Meredith College and Methodist University in weekend action.
Game Notes:
- Paula Snelson and Jillian Arnold both clinched top wins in doubles action, with scores of 8-0 and 8-4, respectively.
- Remly Fry and Lia Savage secured victories over the weekend, with scores of 8-0 and 8-7 (7-5).
- Lydia Delich and Nadia Molanphy sealed a win of 8-1 over Methodist to complete the doubles action.
- Arnold remained undefeated over the weekend with a dominant 6-2, 6-0 win and another strong 6-2, 6-2 victory.
- Delich, Fry, Arnold, Molanphy, and Savage all maintained perfect 2-0 records over the weekend.
The Knights will briefly step away from conference play, traveling to the University of Lynchburg on Tuesday, April 9th.
