He's also second all-time in kills and hitting percentage while becoming the first player in team history to be named AVCA National Player of the Year and the NCAA Tournament's Most Outstanding Player.

Established in 1976, Nordenskov UIF is a professional club based in Denmark. They compete in Denmark's top professional league, the Volleyligaen, and have a track record of success over the last few seasons. They also finished second in the Danish Cup just two seasons ago.
The Head Coach of Sheaffer's new club, Dries Hoeyberghs, had this to say about the new addition to his team.
"Christian made his mark at Southern Virginia University as a strong and disciplined athlete. With his background in the competitive American college system, he brings a great mix of work ethic, athleticism, and team spirit."
Sheaffer will join the club along with several other new signees who enjoyed successful amateur careers in different parts of the world. His new professional career marks another impressive milestone for the Southern Virginia University men's volleyball team, a program that has become one of the most decorated in the NCAA over the last several years.
