 2014—Started 14 of her 16 games this season as a great defender while adding a goal in the win at Christendom College and nine shots on the year ... named to fall semester Provost's List ... named to the CAC All-Academic Team.

2012—Played and started all 17 games for the Knights ... scored one goal and had one assist for eight points on the year ... tallied eight shot attempts and five on goal for a .625 shot on goal percentage.

2011—Played in 13 games and started 11 ... had three shot attempts for the year with two on goal for a .667 shot-on-goal percentage.

2010—Played and started all 18 games as a freshman ... earned one goal for two points for the season ... tallied 11 shot attempts with nine on goal for an impressive .818 shot-on-goal percentage ... converted one penalty kick on the year.

High School—Lettered on the varsity soccer team at Bear River High School ... received All-State academic award ... varsity team captain.

Personal—Parents are Jan-Erik and Jennifer Schow ... missed the 2013 season to serve an 18-month mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Santiago, Chile.
