Patrick Hofmann brings a wealth of expertise and experience, entering his 8th season on the Southern Virginia football coaching staff.
After graduating from the University of Utah in 2015 with a degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Nutrition, Patrick's journey into coaching began at Southern Virginia University. Â
His recent roles have showcased his versatility, serving as the Offensive Coordinator in 2022-23 and then transitioning to the Offensive Line Coach in 2023-24.
Patrick's coaching has included mentoring two All-Conference players in 2017 and 2022, a testament to his ability to develop talent.Â
Furthermore, his dedication to the game has seen him as part of the coaching staff in multiple Division 3 All-Star games.Â
Beyond coaching, Patrick has been an invaluable Video Coordinator since 2016, ensuring the team has the best tools to analyze and improve their performance. His commitment to the sport and his players drives his ability to fill multiple coaching roles.
He resides in Staunton, Virginia, with his wife, Chiaka Hofmann and their dog Forrest.Â
