High School—Lettered on the varsity soccer and football teams at Hillcrest High School ... named to the All-Conference Defense first team ... received All-Conference academic award ... varsity team captain ... helped lead team to a district championship.

Personal—Parents are Briggs and Wendy Horman ... served a two year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2011-2013.
