Tony Good was named the Director of Athletic Communications in August 2020, overseeing all 26 varsity programs for Southern Virginia University, and is responsible for the department's website, knightathletics.com, as well as the publications, statistics, and media relations for the Knights' athletic teams.
Good is a 2018 graduate of Southern Virginia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Leadership. Following his graduation, Tony served as the Assistant Sports Information Director where he worked from 2018-2020 before being promoted to the Athletic Communications Director
A product from the Woodlands, Texas, Tony played lacrosse at Southern Virginia under the direction of Jason Lamb from 2014-2018, starting all four years, and was named a team captain his senior year. During his time as an athlete, Tony amassed 97 points in his career and shares the program's single-game scoring record with eight goals.
