BUENA VISTA, Va. - The Southern Virginia University women's basketball team suffered their third loss of the season to Bridgewater in a battle between two regional powerhouses.
After a back and forth first half, the Eagles shooting proved to be the difference in the final two quarters. They shot 50% from the floor to ultimately secure a 71-51 victory.
Abigail Snyder was once again the leading scorer for Southern Virginia, putting up 15 points including two three-pointers.
Anna Kimball had perhaps her best showing in a Knights uniform, recording 14 points and 14 boards for her second double-double of the season. KT Okonkwo contributed well defensively, tallying one block and two steals.

Looking Ahead
Still in search of their first win at home, the Knights will quickly have another chance at it as part of a four-game homeswing. They'll host Mary Washington after the Thanksgiving break on Wednesday, December 3rd at 6:00 PM.
