Buena Vista, VA - The College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) revealed the programs that were selected as Scholar All-America Teams from the fall of 2024. The Southern Virginia University women's swim team was recognized for the second time in three semesters.

In what has become the norm for Head Coach Jennifer Jensen's squad, the Knights have excelled in the classroom which is evident from their cumulative team GPA of nearly 3.5. To qualify for the prestigious award, teams must have finished the previous semester with at least a 3.30 cumulative GPA, which the Knights did so comfortably.

The team has also enjoyed an excellent season athletically. In November, they knocked off the defending conference champions, Piedmont, in a dual meet by a 133-127 score. In just two weeks, they'll look to prove that their regular season victory was no fluke and claim their first conference title since 2022.
