Buena Vista, VA - The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) announced its 2024-2025 Academic Team Honor Rolls for each division of NCAA athletics.

In addition to a dominant season on the court, which included 26 wins, a conference championship, and NCAA tournament appearance, the Southern Virginia University women's basketball team stood out in the classroom as well.

The top 25 team GPA's in each division, while considering other team achievements, are listed. Programs that were considered for the top 25 by having at least a combined 3.0 GPA, among other criteria, are included as special mentions.

Head Coach Lynette Schroeder's squad qualified as a special mention after finishing the academic year with a 3.540 team GPA, including12 athletes who made the Academic All-Conference team.
