The Captains really got going in the fifth inning, scoring seven runs in the final four innings to take the CAC win.

Southern Virginia struggled at the plate for the most part, compiling seven base-hits, striking out eight times, and leaving nine runners on base. Canon Anderson led the team with two hits and a run scored, while five other Knights picked up hits, and Cole Critchfield had an RBI.
