BUENA VISTA, VA. — The Southern Virginia University baseball team dropped both games in their series against NC Wesleyan, falling in game one 7-0, and 12-5 in game two. 

Game Notes

• After a scoreless first game, the Knights collected themselves in the second game of the series
• Will Parker and Luke Paulson led the team with two hits each, while Nate McCallum, Nick Daynes, and Mitchell Smith tallied one 
• In the second inning, Will Parker doubled, recording two RBIs
• Mitchell Smith singled in the third inning, advancing Daynes to third, while scoring Nate McCallum for the team's second run of the game before Nick Daynes scored the team's third run in the third inning

Southern Virginia looks to bounce back, taking on Mary Washington in a one-game series on Tuesday, March 22. Game time is scheduled for 3 pm.
