Box Score BUENA VISTA, VA. — The Southern Virginia University men's lacrosse team took on Pfeiffer University in the USA South Conference Championship Saturday afternoon, with the Knights capturing the program's first championship with a 13-11 victory over the Falcons.

- Tennison Schmidt added his fifth goal of the game, while Brad Garnder scored the team's final goal at the 9:45 mark of the fourth
- Jaydon Arnold clutched up with the final faceoff of the game, gaining possession for the team with 40 seconds remaining in the game, helping lock in the team's 13-11 victory
