ASHLAND, VA. — The Southern Virginia Football team travels to Randolph-Macon College on Saturday, September 17, for week three of their 2022 season to take on the Yellow Jackets at 1 pm.
The Series
The game will be the second encounter between the programs with Randolph-Macon holding the 1-0 record, with their previous meeting dating back to 2019.
In the matchup, the Yellow Jackets took down the Knights at home 47-27, using a three-touchdown second quarter to pull away with the lead and never looked back.
Offensively for the Knights,
Davis Pinkston led the team with 24 completions for 208 yards, along with four touchdowns.
Neil Davis led the defense with 15 total tackles (9 solo, 6 assisted) while recording two pass breakups.
