Berry, Ga. – The Southern Virginia University beach volleyball team kicked off the Berry College Tournament with a 3-2 win over LaGrange on Friday, highlighted by dominant performances across the lineup.
The No. 1 pairing of Kami Milius and Claire Grasteit continued their stellar run, extending their winning streak to seven matches with another impressive victory. At the No. 4 and No. 5 spots, Charity Elam and Brynn Keeling, along with Gabi Green and London Skea, delivered crucial wins to help secure the team victory.
In exhibition play, Claire Harris and Morgan Almond also showcased their strength, sweeping their match 2-0 to cap off a strong opening performance.
Southern Virginia will return to action today, March 21, as they take on tournament host Berry College at 4:30 p.m.
