SALEM, Va.—The Southern Virginia men's tennis team suffered their second loss of the season on the road on Tuesday, falling 6-3 at Roanoke College.
In the No. 3 singles match junior Tyler Clark defeated Roanoke's Holden Branham, 6-7, 6-3, (10-8) to score for the Knights and earn his first singles victory of the year.
No. 4 singles player Justin Fullmer earned his second win of the season defeating Jose Alvarado 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (7-3).
Clark and Fullmer teamed up in No. 2 doubles and earned a win over the Maroons 8-2.
The Knights will play at the Ferrum College Invite on Saturday at 8 a.m.
