NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Southern Virginia University men's tennis team fell to No. 36 Christopher Newport University 9-0 Saturday, snapping an 11-match win streak. The Knights defeated Frostburg State University in Newport News on Friday, 9-0.

In singles, the Knights continued their momentum. Both Ben Spencer and Andrew Blonquist defeated their opponents 6-0, 6-0. The rest of the Knights gave up some games, but all prevailed in straight sets.

The Knights returned to Christopher Newport's campus early on Saturday morning to take on the No. 36 Captains.
