BUENA VISTA, Va.—The Southern Virginia University men's volleyball team defeated the Barons of Brewton-Parker College 3-0 on Tuesday evening in a non-conference matchup.

With the win, the Knights improve to 19-2 on the season.

Southern took the first two games 25-19 and 25-20 finishing with a combined 13 kills between the two games.

The Knights played their best game of the match in the third, recording 12 kills and finishing with a .304 hitting percentage, dominating the game 25-16.

Christian Kapisi led the Knights with seven kills on the game while Daniel Aina recorded 15 assists. Monte Tukumoeatu also had a solid outing with a game-high eight digs.

The Knights will return to action as they host Rutgers-Newark University in CVC volleyball action on the 29th of March at 7 p.m.
