WINSTON-SALEM, NC. — The Southern Virginia University Men's and Women's Track Teams traveled to North Carolina on Friday to compete in the DIII Atlantic Indoor Championships at the JDL Fast Track with both teams coming away with first-place finishes, repeating as conference champions.

The Knights will look to use the indoor conference championships as momentum, transitioning to the outdoor season where they will look to also repeat as conference champions. With potential national qualifiers, Southern Virginia begins preparation for the NCAA DIII Indoor Championships in Birmingham, Alabama, on Saturday, March 11.
