Buena Vista, Va. - The Southern Virginia football team's 2024 schedule has been announced, featuring four home games at Knight Stadium as the team enters its fourth season in the USA South Conference.

"We are really looking forward to kicking off the 2024 season!" says Coach DuPaix. "Each opponent on our schedule is extremely talented! We have an incredible recruiting class that will be ready to compete week in and week out! There's nothing better than Saturday afternoons in the Fall and I can't wait for the action to begin!"

Under the guidance of head coach Joe DuPaix, the Knights will open their season on the road against Apprentice in Newport News, VA, on September 7th. This marks the 16th showdown between the schools, with the Knights holding a narrow 8-7 all-time advantage and riding a six-game winning streak. The team will then head into another intense battle on the road against Bridgewater on September 14th.

The Knights' much-anticipated home opener is set for September 21st, where they will clash with Maryville College in the team's first conference game of the season.

The Knights' final home game will be a matchup with Huntingdon College on November 9th before finishing the season on the road, traveling to Georgia to face LaGrange on November 16th.
