BUENA VISTA, VA – The Southern Virginia University women's tennis team delivered a commanding 5-2 win over Bridgewater, showcasing their dominance across both doubles and singles play.

The Knights set the tone early in doubles, with Remly Fry and Lia Savage leading the charge at #1 doubles with a sweeping 6-0 victory over the Eagles. Nadia Molanphy and Sadie Walton followed with a decisive 6-1 win at #2 doubles, while Liz Ursenbach and Hailey Seamons completed the doubles sweep with a solid 6-2 performance at #3 doubles.

In singles, Paula Snelson was unstoppable at #1 singles, earning a flawless 6-0, 6-0 victory. Lia Savage, playing at #4 singles, continued the Knights' momentum with a swift 6-0, 6-1 win.

Nadia Molanphy secured the overall match for the Knights at #3 singles, delivering a convincing 6-1, 6-1 win to make the score 4-0 in favor of Southern Virginia. Despite valiant efforts, Sadie Walton at #5 singles and Sarah Amato at #6 singles fell in close matches. Jillian Arnold wrapped up the day with a hard-fought 6-4, 6-4 victory at #2 singles, sealing the Knights' impressive performance.
