Stedman, N.C. – The Southern Virginia University women's golf team concluded the 2025–26 season with a fourth-place finish at the USA South Conference Championship.

Over the three-day event, the Knights posted a team score of 997 (+133), finishing just two strokes behind last year's total of 995 (+131).

Sydney Richards, who was named USA South Women's Golfer of the Year, capped off her standout season with a tie for fourth-place finish—the best in program history. She opened the tournament with a 72 before carding rounds of 82 and 78 to finish at +18 (234).

Another strong performance came from CC Banz, who improved on last year's result to earn a top-10 finish, placing seventh overall. The junior recorded rounds of 78, 79, and 82, marking her second career top-10 finish after first achieving the milestone during the 2022–23 season.

Addison Branham placed 17th for the Knights, opening with rounds of 89 and 91 before finding her rhythm on the final day with an 82 to finish at +46 (262).

Quinn Foulger followed closely with a 20th-place finish. The senior from Kaysville, Utah, closed her collegiate career with her second consecutive 20th-place showing, finishing at +48.

Halle Western rounded out the lineup, posting scores of 99, 89, and 99 to finish at 287 (+71) and place 28th.

The Knights continue to build momentum as they look ahead to the future of the program.
