BUENA VISTA, Va.—The Southern Virginia women's lacrosse team fell 19-5 to the undefeated Eagles of Mary Washington on Saturday in the conference-opener at The Fields. 

The Knights (3-2, 0-1 CAC) were led by Zoe Bradshaw, who finished with three goals, including back-to-back goals in the first half, to go into the intermission trailing 12-2.

Rainy Whitworth had the other two goals for Southern Virginia, one unassisted and one from a free position shot. 

The team hits the road this week heading to North Greenville on Wednesday and Montreat on Friday.
