BUENA VISTA, VA. — The Southern Virginia University field hockey team took on Sewanee in Knight Stadium Saturday afternoon. The Knights dropped the game 6-0. 

Game Notes

• The Tigers opened the game in the first quarter, scoring four goals
• The Knights defense held strong, only allowing two more goals the remainder of the game
• Keira White stood tall in goal for Southern Virginia, recording 11 saves
• Whitney Victory had the lone shot on goal for the Knights

Southern Virginia returns to Knight Stadium, taking on Sweet Briar Wednesday, October 27. Game time is scheduled for 6:30 pm.
