BUENA VISTA, VA. — The Southern Virginia University women's lacrosse team remained undefeated in USA South Conference play, taking down Greensboro College in Knight Stadium 17-4. 

Game Notes

• Southern Virginia dominated the first quarter of play, going up 7-1 off of two goals from Alissa Johnson and Adelaide Smith
• In the second quarter, the Knights extended their lead to 11 goals 13-2 led by two Piper Searle goals 
• Both teams were even in the third quarter, with Belle Quiggle getting her first goal of the game, and Chloe Mitchell adding a goal 
• Chloe Mitchell and Tyler John closed out the game, recording a goal each 
• Chloe Mitchell led all players with four goals and two assists, while Alissa Johnson tallied six points off of two goals and four assists
• Tyler John had a solid game, adding a hat-trick 

The Knights take on Piedmont on Saturday, March 19, in Knight Stadium. Game time is scheduled for 4 pm.
