Charles Price and Kaden Ford Named Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars

NORMAN, Okla. — The Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) announced its 2024-2025 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division III, with Southern Virginia University men's golfers Kaden Ford and Charles Price earning the prestigious honor.

In total, 201 NCAA Division III student-athletes from 77 schools were selected as Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars.

To qualify, nominees must be sophomores, juniors, or seniors academically and athletically, participate in at least 50% of their team's competitive rounds, maintain a stroke average under 79.0, and hold a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.20. Honorees must also exemplify high moral character and be in good standing at their institutions.

Price led the Knights in both academics and performance, recording a 77.2 stroke average and two top-10 finishes. Ford followed closely with a 76.8 average, highlighted by one top-five and one top-10 finish. Both were also named to the 2024-2025 USA South Academic All-Conference Team With Distinction, further showcasing their dedication on and off the course.
