About the Knights
The Southern Virginia football team is coming off of a close 31-27 loss to William Paterson. The Knights for the first time in the season had the lead in the fourth quarter before giving up a touchdown in the final minute of the game.

Jacob Hatch leads the offense throwing 62.3 yards per game. Lakeith Hopkins has three touchdowns this season with an average of 21.8 rushing yards and Jared Watts scored two touchdowns last week. Watts averages 40.3 rushing yards. Bryan Lorenzen has one touchdown and 12 receptions this season.

The Knights defense is led by Joshua Davis who has a total of 42 tackles this season and averages six a game. Sam Mellor averages 5.7 tackles per game.

About the Cougars
The Cougars are coming off a 45-33 loss to Salisbury University. They have won three games in the New Jersey Athletic Conference against The College of New Jersey, William Paterson University, and Christopher Newport University.

The offense is led by Charles App who throws an average of 142.7 yards per game. Tahj Hammary has caught six touchdown passes this season. Damian Corredor is averaging 99.6 rushing yards per game.

Robert Meade leads the defense with 69 tackles this season.
